The Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions on Friday said it discovered a scoring error on its online October bar exam after releasing scores earlier this week, and that 15 applicants who were told that they passed the test had actually failed.
In addition, three applicants who were told they failed had passed, the organization said in an online statement posted Friday.
