TREASURIES-U.S. debt prices extend losses after Moody's comments

NEW YORK, June 2 (Reuters) - The prices of longer-dated U.S. debt hit session lows on Thursday after Moody’s Investors Services said the U.S. risks a credit rating downgrade if the legal borrowing limit is not increased.

The 10-year Treasury note US10YT=RR was last down 23/32 in price and yielding 3.03 percent, up from 2.95 percent at Wednesday’s close. The 30-year bond US30YT=RR lost 1-23/32 in price to yield 4.25 percent, up from 4.15 percent late on Wednesday. (Reporting by Emily Flitter; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
