NEW YORK, Jan 23 (Reuters) - A U.S. jury found that Internet content delivery company Limelight Networks Inc LLNW.O did not infringe on patents held by communications services provider Level 3 Communications Inc LVLT.O, the companies said on Friday.
Level 3, which acquired the patents in question when it purchased the content delivery business of Savvis Inc, said it was disappointed with the jury’s decision and was considering options, including an appeal.
