TABLE-US consumer confidence falls to 50.4 in June

 June 24 (Reuters) - The Conference Board's U.S. consumer
confidence index fell to 50.4 in June from an upwardly revised
58.1 in May, the private business research group reported on
Tuesday.
 May's number was originally 57.2.
 Economists polled by Reuters had forecast a median reading
of 56.4 for the June index.
