Mexico's ICA seeks work in Panama canal expansion

MONTERREY, Mexico, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Mexico’s top construction firm ICA (ICA.MX) ICA.N aims to participate in Panama’s $5.25 billion canal expansion as part of an international consortium, the company’s chief executive said on Friday.

ICA also plans to list its housing construction unit ViveICA on the Mexican bourse in 2009, Chief Executive Jose Luis Guerrero told Reuters on the sidelines of an event in the northern Mexican city of Monterrey.
