LONDON, Oct 14 (Reuters) - British IT testing firm NCC Group (NCCG.L) has bought its smaller U.S. peer iSEC Partners for 14.4 million pounds ($23 million) in cash to expand its presence in the United States.
NCC Chief Executive Rob Cotton said the deal added a number of Silicon Valley companies to its customer list and new expertise to its team.
“Furthermore, the acquisition will enable us to provide our UK customers with U.S. security testing services whilst iSEC Partners’ customers will now have access to our European capabilities,” he said.
