WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush on Monday said the United States was working with other governments to address the global financial crisis and restore economic growth.

“In these times of economic turmoil, we’re working with other governments to resolve the troubles of the financial markets,” Bush said as he greeted visiting Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to the White House.

After meeting the Group of Seven finance ministers over the weekend, Bush said: “All of us will continue taking responsible, decisive action to restore credit and stability and return to vigorous growth.”
