Lukoil CEO calls for permanent OPEC deal, volumes can be changed

MOSCOW, June 20 (Reuters) - Russian oil producer Lukoil’s chief executive said on Thursday that the oil output deal between OPEC and its allies should stay in place permanently and that volumes of oil outlined within it could be changed.
