Turkey's Oyak in talks to buy auto fuel distribution ops of Demiroren

ISTANBUL, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Turkey’s Oyak army pension fund said on Friday that it began a due diligence process to buy conglomerate Demiroren Holding’s auto fuel and LPG distribution operations.

In a statement, Oyak said it is in talks for the Turkish branch of Total Oil as well as Moil company, which has some 900 gas stations, currently operating under Demiroren Holding.
