Petronas Capital sells $4.5 bln debt in 2 parts-IFR

 NEW YORK, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Malaysia's Petronas Capital Ltd
on Wednesday sold $4.5 billion of debt in two parts, said IFR,
a Thomson Reuters service.
 The sale consisted of $3 billion in 10-year, 5.25 percent
notes priced to yield 162.5 basis points more than comparable
U.S. Treasuries and $1.5 billion of 4.25 percent sukuk notes
also yielding 162.5 basis points over Treasuries.
 The sale was handled through joint lead managers Citigroup
and Morgan Stanley, IFR said.
