LONDON, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Phones 4u could be sold within weeks after buyout firm BC Partners [BCPRT.UL] resurrected talks to buy the privately owned mobile phone retailer for about 700 million pound ($1.1 billion), the Sunday Times reported, citing no sources.
