GDANSK, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Poland’s largest refiner PKN Orlen PKNA.WA would be making a mistake if decides to sell its Lithuanian refinery Mazieiku Nafta, the head of the Lithuanian Prime Minister’s chancellory said late on Thursday.
“It would be a mistake if PKN would start talks on selling Mazeikiu. Selling a minority stake would not be a tragedy... but should PKN cede control, it would be a mistake,” said Deividas Matulionis.
On Thursday PKN said it is ready to talk with Russian companies over cooperation at the underperforming Lithuanian unit.[ID:nLDE61H22C]
