Russia's Promsvyazbank mulls IPO in 2012-CEO

ASTANA, May 20 (Reuters) - Russia’s Promsvyazbank, among Russia’s top-10 lenders by assets, may hold an initial public offering in 2012 and is mulling a more than $250 million syndicated loan in the third quarter of this year.

Chief Executive Officer Artyom Konstandyan told Reuters on the sidelines of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development conference that the share sale might exceed that of other Russian bank, Nomos NMOSq.L.

Mid-size lender Nomos raised over $718 million in a London IPO in April this year. [ID:nLDE73H1YF] (Reporting by Katya Golubkova; Writing by Andrey Ostroukh; Editing by Maria Kiselyova)
