LONDON, Aug 20 (Reuters) - British speciality pharmaceutical company ProStrakan PSK.L said on Thursday that first-half product sales rose by over a third, leaving it on track to meet its goal of breaking even this year.
The company, which markets drugs to treat a range of conditions including age-related diseases and cancer, booked a first-half pretax loss for the six months to June 30 narrowing to 9.4 million pounds ($15.48 million) compared with 11.8 million last time.
It reported product sales for the period up 36 percent to 34.6 million pounds.
