LONDON, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Tesco TSCO.L, Britain's biggest retailer, will publish customer reviews of products sold by its non-food business, Tesco Direct, following a deal with privately-owned customer review specialist Reevoo.
Reevoo, which runs customer review services for more than 60 British businesses including electrical goods retailer DSG Internatiional DSGI.L and mobile phone group Vodafone VOD.L, would collect and display reviews across Tesco Direct's range of thousands of products, Tesco said on Tuesday.
“We view customer reviews as an essential component of our proposition to shoppers,” said Charlotte Tookey, senior marketing manager at Tesco Direct.
Reevoo was founded in 2005 and is backed by Eden Ventures and Banexi Venture Partners. (Reporting by Mark Potter, editing by Dan Lalor)
