NEW YORK, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Blackstone Holdings Finance Co LLC on Thursday launched its $600 million 10-year note sale, with pricing expected later on Thursday, said a market source familiar with the sale.
The notes are expected to yield 312.5 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, the source added.
The issue is Blackstone’s first bond sale.
Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are the joint lead managers on the sale.
