HONG KONG, Oct 6 (Reuters) - Air New Zealand AIR.NZ has started to see recovery in demand, but passenger yields will only recover by the end of 2010, its CEO said on Tuesday. The airline sees no capacity cuts on the horizon, Chief Executive Officer Rob Fyfe told Reuters on the sidelines of an aviation conference in Hong Kong.
Air New Zealand said in late August that there were signs that demand for travel was stabilising, but the environment remained turbulent as it reported a 90 percent fall in profit. [ID:nWEL442707]. (Reporting by Sui-Lee Wee; Editing by Chris Lewis)
