MOSCOW, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Ksenia Yudaeva, the Russian central bank’s first deputy governor, said on Wednesday that inflation could slow to below the current level of 3% in the first quarter of the year.
She added that the central bank had no plans to change its inflation target, which currently stands at 4%.
