Russia's VTB sells half of its grain business to two Russian firms

MOSCOW, April 30 (Reuters) - Russia’s second-largest lender VTB said on Thursday that it sold a half of its grain business in Russia to two Russian firms.

The two firms - Agronova and Marathon - will own 25% each, it said in a statement. VTB did not disclose the price of the deal.
