CORRECTED-South Africa's Mminele quits as central bank deputy governor

(Corrects to say three, not four members quit policy committee)

JOHANNESBURG, June 27 (Reuters) - Daniel Mminele will retire as deputy governor of the South African Reserve Bank at the end of the month after 10 years in the job, the central bank said on Thursday, making him the third member of its policy committee to quit the regulator recently.

“Mr Mminele has advised President Cyril Ramaphosa and the Board of Directors of the SARB (Board) that he has decided not to serve another term,” the bank said in a statement. (Reporting by Mfuneko Toyanal Editing by Alison Williams)
