Sherwin-Williams sued by N.J. residents over Superfund site

A proposed class action lawsuit against paint manufacturer Sherwin-Williams is accusing the company of contaminating the water in a New Jersey community for decades, causing a “cancer cluster” within the town.

Residents of the town of Gibbsboro, some 15 miles southeast of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, filed their lawsuit on Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
