Jan 27 (Reuters) - Indian Internet company Sify Technologies Ltd (SIFY.O) swung to a third-quarter profit, helped by a one-time gain of $12 million, sending its shares 23 percent before the bell.
For the third quarter, the company posted a net profit of $9.46 million, compared with a net loss of $5.54 million in the year-ago quarter.
The net profit was due to a one-time realization from legal matters of $12 million during the quarter.
Revenue rose 18 percent to $39.2 million.
Growth was driven by revenue from enterprise services segment, with data centre, managed voice, applications services and systems integration services all registering growth, the company said in a statement.
