Battle of the burger chains: In-N-Out sues Smashburger

In-N-Out Burgers has a beef with Smashburger.

In-N-Out, the popular western U.S. burger chain, has filed a lawsuit to stop its similarly-sized rival from selling “Triple Double” and “Smashburger Triple Double” burgers because their names sound too much like its own “Double-Double” and “Triple Triple” burgers.
