OSLO, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Norwegian oil and gas producer Statoil (STL.OL) said its Snoehvit liquefied natural gas facility in the Arctic has begun lengthy restarting procedures after a malfunction and would reach full capacity this month.
“We have found the error, and we have repaired it,” Statoil spokesman Ola Anders Skauby said.
“They have now started the quite extensive set of procedures to start up the plant again. That will go on for some weeks and we expect to have full production during the second half of January.”
