MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia is disappointed by North Korea’s expulsion of United Nations nuclear inspectors, Interfax news agency quoted an official at the Russian Foreign Ministry as saying on Thursday.
“Naturally, this evokes disappointment although these actions were not a surprise -- the North Korean side had warned of such a possibility,” Interfax quoted Grigory Logvinov, the Foreign Ministry’s envoy for special affairs, as saying.
