PM Johnson appoints Rees-Mogg as leader of the House of Commons

LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed Jacob Rees-Mogg as leader of the House of Commons late on Wednesday, giving the prominent Brexit supporter his first ever government role.
