UK will continue talking to devolved governments over Brexit - May's spokesman

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain will continue talking with its devolved governments about the Brexit settlement, a spokesman for British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Tuesday.

Earlier, Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said the Scottish parliament would not consent to Prime Minister Theresa May’s European Union (Withdrawal) Bill as outlined so far by ministers.
