PESHAWAR, Pakistan (Reuters) - A blast went off in the Pakistani city of Peshawar on Thursday but there was no immediate word on the cause or the number of casualties, Pakistani media said.
The blast went off in a residential part of the northwestern city, which is near the Afghan border and the capital of the violence-plagued North West Frontier Province.
