Putin discusses U.S. sanctions on Iran with his security council - agencies

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed sanctions imposed by the United States on Iran with his security council, Russian news agencies reported on Tuesday citing Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov said that sanctions were “illegitimate”.
