Argentina's President-elect names Miguel Pesce as new central bank head

BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) - Argentina’s incoming President Alberto Fernandez on Friday named economist Miguel Pesce as his pick to head the country’s central bank, as the entity faces drained foreign reserves, tough fiscal targets, sky-high interest rates and inflation.
