Russia's Putin, Armenia's new PM agree to strengthen bilateral ties

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and opposition leader Nikol Pashinyan who was elected Armenia’s new prime minister spoke on the phone on Tuesday and agreed to further strengthen bilateral ties, the Kremlin said in a statement.
