UK could reopen Brexit deal if parliament ready to accept agreement with backstop changes: BuzzFeed

LONDON (Reuters) - The British government’s enforcer Julian Smith has told lawmakers that the Brexit agreement could be reopened if parliament shows it would back an agreement with legally-binding changes to the Irish backstop, BuzzFeed reported on Friday.
