Britain's May meets French president Macron in Brussels

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May was meeting French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday at an EU summit where her request for assurances to calm a parliamentary rebellion at home were met with a demand for concrete proposals.

A government official said the meeting was taking place.
