EU court rejects EU order to Starbucks to pay Dutch back taxes

LUXEMBOURG (Reuters) - Europe’s second-highest court on Tuesday dismissed an EU order to Starbucks to pay up to 30 million euros ($32.9 million) in back taxes to the Netherlands as part of a crackdown against tax avoidance by multinationals.
