Macron says France, Germany made progress on euro zone reform issues

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - President Emmanuel Macron on Friday said he and German Chancellor Angela Merkel had made progress in talks on a roadmap for euro zone reforms and that the two sides understood each other’s constraints.
