Germany expects 10 billion euro extra spending on short-time work over coronavirus

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany expects its decision to lower the bar for companies to apply for short-time work state aid to cost the labor office roughly 10 billion euros ($10.8 billion), a draft of the new regulation seen by Reuters showed on Thursday.
