Kenya's president appoints Yatani as acting finance minister

NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed Labour Minister Ukur Yatani as acting finance minister after Henry Rotich was charged with corruption, the presidency said on Wednesday.
