DUBAI (Reuters) - The Emir of Kuwait has no intention of dissolving parliament, the parliament speaker said, in a report carried by state news agency KUNA.
A government spokesman said on Thursday that Kuwait’s prime minister has submitted his government’s resignation to the country’s ruler.
