Bus crash leaves 10 dead in northern Mexico

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Ten people were killed and 25 injured in Mexico after a bus plunged 45 meters (148 ft) off a cliff in the northern state of Durango, authorities said on Sunday.

Emergency services had initially said on social media website Twitter that 12 people died in Saturday’s accident in the municipality of Mapimi.

Later in the day, emergency services posted the revised figure on Facebook.
