Mexican election runner-up may challenge results

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican leftist presidential candidate Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said he would challenge the outcome of Sunday’s election if results that he said were “plagued by irregularities” were confirmed.

“Yes, we will challenge it (the election),” Lopez Obrador, who finished second, told a news conference on Monday.
