LONDON (Reuters) - HSBC has hired former JPMorgan banker Greg Guyett as co-head of global banking alongside Robin Phillips, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.
Guyett’s appointment is still pending regulatory approval, the source said. His hiring fills a gap left vacant by the departure of former Goldman Sachs banker Matthew Westerman from HSBC last year.
