Iranian negotiator says "positive" on Solana talks

LONDON (Reuters) - A member of the Iranian nuclear delegation meeting EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana to discuss Iran’s nuclear program said he was “positive” about the outlook for the discussions on Friday.

“We are positive about the talks,” the delegation member, who asked not to be identified, said as he went into the talks with Iran’s chief negotiator in London.

Iran earlier pledged to pursue its disputed atomic program despite the threat of tighter sanctions against the country.
