RIYADH (Reuters) - The CEO of Russia’s Gazprom Neft said it was worth considering fine-tuning the global oil output deal between OPEC and its allies to take into account the level of demand.

Gazprom Neft, Russia’s fastest growing oil producer, could increase output by 150,000 barrels per day within three months if needed, CEO Alexander Dyukov said on Monday.
