SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazil’s state-run oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA said on Wednesday that a regional court dismissed a lawsuit seeking to suspend the sale of rights to shallow-water oilfields in the northeastern states of Sergipe and Ceará.

In a securities filing, Petrobras said the court agreed to a company’s request based on a decision by Brazil’s federal audit tribunal.
