Poland's PGNiG considering acquisitions in renewable energy sector

WARSAW (Reuters) - Poland’s dominant gas company PGNiG is considering acquisitions in the renewable energy sector as part of its shift towards green energy, the company’s management said on Tuesday.

PGNiG said earlier it plans to spend up to 4 billion zlotys ($1.01 billion) on investments in renewable sources of energy in the coming years.
