HOUSTON (Reuters) - Phillips 66’s 249,700 barrel per day (bpd) Alliance, Louisiana, refinery may be shut for up to two weeks following a fatal accident on Wednesday, trade sources said on Friday.

The refinery was shut to idle the refinery’s wastewater plant, into which a contract worker fell on Wednesday night, the sources said.
