Russian central bank sees gradual key rate cuts as risks persist

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Further cuts of the Russian central bank’s key rate will be gradual, because some risks still persist, the head of the Russian central bank’s monetary policy department, Igor Dmitriev, said on Wednesday.
