KRASNOYARSK, Russia (Reuters) - The move by leading oil producers to freeze output at January levels will prevent its price from falling further, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on Friday.
“There should be no serious price decline in this case (of an output freeze),” he told reporters.
