Russia to determine position on oil output deal in November: Novak

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday Russia would determine its position on the possible extension of a global deal to cut oil output later in November.

Novak said he would discuss the possible deal extension with Russian oil producers on Tuesday.
