Russia's Novak: current oil prices reflect falling demand in winter

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Energy Ministry Alexander Novak said current oil prices of about $65 per barrel reflect falling demand for oil during winter months, the ministry quoted him as saying in an interview for Business FM radio on Friday.
